90 day call recordings are too short.

Dear all,

Our business requires to have the ability to listen to calls longer than 90 days. We really need to have access to 12 month call recordings or we may need to switch the service provider. We love Ring Central and would love to see our businesses grow together, so hope you can accommodate our request. We don't mind paying for the extra storage used.

Do you know about the archiver?  You can store recordings to cloud storage or your own SFTP server for as long as you wish: https://netstorage.ringcentral.com/guides/archiver.pdf

Hi Brandon,

Thanks, this is useful, however it doesn't allow you to neatly search, organize and view the call logs on the RC platform. Is there anyway to connect this storage and still access the logs through the RC platform?
