I am wondering if there is a way to redirect where calls go if 911 is dialed. We are a U.S. property management company that manages properties on military installations as well as college campuses. When 911 is dialed, it goes to the local city's emergency dispatch but we need it to go to the respective military installation's or college campus' emergency services. Is this currently possible?

2019-12-05 As of the new feature release in Service Web - you can CC all 911 notifications to a specified user set via text and email messaging at the moment the calls are placed.

You must be an Admin to access the settings in the portal under TOOLS.

In our organization we have multiple people being alerted.

I realize this is not the same a redirecting the call but it fits our needs well enough.

Our updated feature release went into effect last week and this option has already been used and it worked well for us.

If your update has not yet taken place, you can contact your Customer Service Rep at RingCentral and they should be able to notify you when yours in scheduled to occur.
