A user's line is lit on our Polycom phones even though they're not on an active call?

Starting yesterday one of our user's lines is lit red on everyone else's Polycom VVX410 desk phones even though they're not on a call. They're still able to make and receive calls (both internal and external) but the light stays constantly lit.

So far we have tried: rebooting the user's phone, disabling and reenabling their account, and rebooting other phones.

Any ideas?

You may need to have RC reset settings as sometimes that is the only way to fix the issue

Check which version of Firmware you have in the phone....  this could possibly be related to a firmware update being stuck..    if you check the Admin Guide for Polycom VVX phones it should show you how to login to the phone's hardware where it will display that info
