It should be possible for the admin of the account to set the caller ID options for the users. For example, I have two full accounts for my personal and business use. For example, extensions 101 and 102 each with separate direct dial numbers. All of my voicemails go to the mailbox for extension for 101. As such, on the ring central iPhone app, I am logged in to extension 101. It should be an option for me to select the outbound caller ID as either the main company number, the direct number for 101 AND the direct number for 102 when I make a call. As it is currently set up, I can only select the main company number and the extension I am logged in to. I cant understand why this would not be a configurable option? Thanks.
