Call Handling: Ability to route to an extension instead of voicemail if someone doesn't answer.

Currently, I don't see a way to route a caller that has been in a Call Queue back to an extension. I would like to be able to specify the receptionist phone if someone doesn't answer and not just voicemail.

You are correct and I am pretty sure this feature has been requested before and hopefully will be available someday.  In the meantime, the workaround I have used is to just record a short greeting in the call queue voicemail that says something like, "please press 1 to be transferred to the receptionist or stay on the line to leave a message"  Then make 1 the operator extension or make a new 'virtual' extension 1 that is forwarded to the operator.
