Collections business calling and receiving calls from debtors regarding specific account/file numbers.

Need Ability to Add a Reference Number either Before Dialing or After Receiving Call for Reporting/Tracking Purposes. Feature would be for RingCentral Desktop app.

Case Scenario: Need to call a debtor regarding payment, RingCentral would either ask for a reference number prior to entering phone number or ask for it at the end of an incoming call. This "reference" number would then be available as a reporting column to track the activity that a user has performed on a specific account.
