I would like to be able to add a feature to the call log.
I would like to be able to add a note to the call log.
so I can track whom I called back and whom I have to taken care of.

For something like this, we are relying on our integrations to CRM products to handle these kinds of activities. Do you use a CRM currently? If so, which one?
