Ability to 'assign' email and treat as a task in Glip

1.  US

3.  Ability to use Glip like a ticket system.
4.  Integrate GMAIL or Office into Glip and be able to assign emails and/or tasks to users on your team like a ticket system.  Have the ability to assign status and create reporting as well.  If this is too much for Glip then an integration that can add onto Glip.
5.  This would help organize and manage 'group' inboxes.
