Whenever a user calls someone or someone calls them. In the HUD you are able to see who they are communicating with regardless of status choice. This comes with a few issues. When executives need their privacy in making phone calls and don't want anyone to know who they are calling. Sure it can show in the logs for admins and for the users but with the federated system now we have other offices that are offsite seeing who we are calling at all times. Sure we want them to be able to use our system for some benefits but we don't necessarily want them seeing what we are doing all the time. What I am proposing is a simple choice to not show the external caller ID on the HUD status.
