Ability to Schedule Emailed Call Logs / Reports

It would be nice if RingCentral allow admins to setup scheduled emails that contained call logs and/or reports. The call logs / report could be in PDF and/or CSV format or both.

Ideally the admin would be able to set up any kind of schedule he wants with any kind of parameters and/or filters, with as many different recurring emails as needed. For instance an admin could have a call log/report emailed to him every seven days on fridays that includes the call information for the past 7 days. 

Another example would be to have monthly call logs sent each month. This is what i would like. 

Since RingCentral gets rid of call history older than one year it would be nice to be able to have a record that could be access beyond that time period but it is simply too troublesome to do so manually every month. 

Every other google software and etc. send monthly emails showing performance compared to previous month and etc. and this could be another use for it.

It would be awesome if RingCentral would implement such a feature.

That functionality has been a part of RingCentral for quite a while now. Here's an excerpt from a RingCentral Knowledge Base article:

Enabling Call Log Delivery 
, Users with administrative access, and Group managers can enable Call Log Delivery using the RingCentral Online account. This feature helps you set up Call Log reports to be sent directly to your email on a schedule — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, or on a date you specify.

Follow the steps below to enable this feature. Step 1:  Click Open Advanced Features.
Click Open Advanced Features

Step 2:  Click Delivery Settings.

Click Delivery Settings

Step 3:  Select the Email delivery schedule, then the type of Log that you wish to receive.

Enter the Email Address where the Call Log report needs to be delivered.

Click Save.

Is it possible to have multiple users receive ONLY their Call Log via email on a daily basis? 

If so, can you please explain how I would set that up for each of our users?

Hey Justin,

Any User can edit the Delivery Settings on their extension as long as they have Call Log Access. The User would follow the same steps above :)
