It would be very helpful to be able to see if an extension is a part of a call queue, ring group user group, etc from the extension itself. I have a person that is receiving incoming calls on her desk phone but not her soft phone. I can figure out what needs to be changed but it would be a lot quicker if I could see it from the extension under Phones and Numbers, Phones. Then when you edit the phone or soft phone you could see what group they are a part of.
