Ability to set archiver options for all extensions as a RC administrator

Currently in the Tools -> Archiver feature, as an administrator I can only set archiver settings company-wide for Call Recordings.  For individual extensions, each extension user must setup their own Archiver setup to archive all Call Logs, SMS, FAX, etc.  This is not good because from a compliance and company records retention perspective we have no way to always ensure that these logs are archived because an extension user can change or turn off the archiver settings at any time.  Also, we cannot setup a central archiver account with dropbox and have all logs, etc archived to a central place because each extension user must setup their own dropbox connection.

Finally, there is also no way to report on what extensions have archiver settings turned on, so today we have no way to know if extension users have turned it on or off and what they are archiving.

All of these features need to be implemented for proper company records retention.

Agreed! This is so frustratingly simple. Why can't the admin set the archives of all the users...

Yes, my business and industry needs this as well.  We as management / company own the phone system, the admin should have full control of said features. Especially for the premium price we invest in this service!
