Ability to set up groups with a user only able to listen to call for those in the specific group they are assigned

Ability to set up groups for being able to access calls and reports.   Currently you are either a user or supervisor and if you are a user you can only listen to your own calls,  if you're a supervisor you can listen to all users calls.   We'd like the ability to set up groups  For example Doug manages these 6 people, Doug can access and report on all calls for himself and the 6 people he manages, but not listen to the calls of any other users not in his group.
