Ability to submit a case from admin portal on behalf of a user.
It would be great to be able to submit a case for an employee, device, or resource from the admin portal. including the ability to include the latest call log in the ticket. This would alleviate a lot of rework and time consumption in locating the data you technicians need to work an issue.  
Additionally is would be great to have an admin app to be able to do this as well.
