Inbound Call Centre
We save to a database all our call logs but not the recordings. When training and/or searching for a call we would like to have a hyperlink that took us to that recording. i.e
Possibly add a date range in there too:
The GUI could make up the URL and then post to RingCentral for the call. It would make training much easier. All our agents work at different extns (hotdesking) so we need to match an agent to an extn/day/time first and then request call records.
