Accessing recorded webinars

I tried to access a recorded webinar and when I clicked on the link a new internet tab opened but nothing else.  Has anyone else had issues or would appreciate any type of feedback.

Does it continue to happen for all webinars or just the specific one you tried to open?

Hello Jennifer,

1) What browser were you using and what version do you have?
2) Did you try clearing your cache and cookies?

I was using Internet Explorer, then I tried Google Chrome and had same issue.  I cleared cookies and still had same problem

Hi Jennifer,  I want to make sure we are on the same page.  Was this one of RingCentral's recorded webinars?  If so can you provide the web page URL and tell us what link you were clicking on?   Or sometimes customers refer to their personal recorded RingCentral meetings as webinars?

In addition to having Cookies enabled on your browser, you'll also have to have Java Script enabled.  If you do, and are still having problems, reply back and tell us specifically which browser(s) and browser versions are not working so we can report the details.
