Account Notifications - Multiple Accounts

We are an MSP that service multiple accounts, and receive emails from RingCentral that advise of changes to the phones, the account itself, and issues with the account.  These come into the same service email address for each client.  The emails received from RingCentral do not have any identifier that specifies which client this is in regards to, so we have no way of determining which account the email is in regards to.  The latest had the subject: "Action Required: Transition to the new RingCentral mobile app" and the email was addressed to: "Dear RingCentral Customer".  As there is no account information or name of the user that the email was sent to, we are unable to confirm which of the 100 accounts we administer received the email.  Some kind of identifier should be added to these mass mailing letters.
