Active Call Log, View & Pick Up Incoming Calls View

It would be great if we could do the following:

Have a HUD-like view for all incoming calls. This would include a list of incoming #, Name, # dialed to reach our office, Time dialed in/on the line for x sec/mins, Status (currently ringing to x group, IVR menu, etc.), and result (picked up by x, voicemail, etc.).

As an admin, it would also be great to have the ability to pick the line up if the group users are not answering the call quickly. 

Not sure if there is already a similar setting to this but I couldn't seem to find it.
