Ability to view detailed call logs in the Simple Version

The Simple Version doesn't show you who accepted the call... the detailed version is overwhelmingly complex, and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom and scroll to the left to see the status of a call.


Can you release a happy medium?


We want to be able to see at a glance:

When

Who Answered

How Long the Call Was.

Hi Jackson, I agree, more options need to be available on that screen. I have put a request in to the product people to add this.

Not sure if you know this but you could download into Excel and filter that way in the mean time.

We will push for these simple upgrades.

When I first started using Activity logs at ringcentral. They gave me this template from excel to do my reports however it only works with detailed does anyone have a simple call log excel template.

OK Guys- I followed this thread and was able to download the detailed version of the call log to see which extension answered what calls and for how long,  But when I try to reconcile the detailed version to the Simple call log, there is a big discrepancy with the number of calls accepted (totals).  

I'm also confused because what seems like an "incoming" call on the "Simple report" turns into an "Outgoing" call (on the detailed report) when the call is forwarded (picked up) by a specific extension.

Does that sound right?

Hi Regina,  In this scenario, I think the best thing to do is use this link to Open a Case and then upload the files and/or screenshots and highlight the discrepancies so someone on our end can explain, or see if there's an issue that needs fixed.

Unfortunately, if you choose all extensions it only grabs the calls for that persons extension, if you want to include their call queue. You have to download each extension one at a time.

If we could get a spreadsheet that could calculate in the simple version, we would not have to download each extension one at a time.
