Add a column on call detail report log for time to answer

I would like to see the breakdown on the call detail report of the individual incoming phone call time to answer duration that makes up the average time to answer duration. If I press on the individual call queue, it is listed, but it is not listed on the log....sales, monitoring time by call to pick up in 3 rings or less.
