We are an insurance marketing company that frequently rotates employees that need to contact other employees in the company. We are looking for a solution that would replace the company provided extension list in paper form with the corporate directory feature on the phone IN LIST FORM. (ie no searching for names) It would allow users to quickly find and call other members in the company by looking at a list of names and extensions active on the phone system. This would also allow users little tech-knowledge to operate the phone more easily. Most of our employees are not technically inclined to be able to search a name using the dial-pad. So what we would love to see is when the corporate directory is opened, a list is populated with all users names and extension numbers instead of a search function.
