  1. Account type: US
  2. A brief description of the business: Education
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Add descriptors to dates within custom answering rules.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:  We have a custom answering rule for our front desk called Holidays where we can program the dates our office is closed.  it would be nice to include the Holiday name along with the date.
  5. Benefit of such feature:  Gives the admins the ability to quickly confirm all the holidays are covered by the holiday name without having to know the exact dates of all the holidays
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 730ish

Hey Fitzpatrick, you have the ability to name your rule however you'd like. Could you explain what you're looking for? Why is it that the Rule Name doesn't help you to organize them?

That is true.  We have one rule called Holiday.  Within that that rule under Define Conditions, are multiple dates and times for each of the holidays.  We did not want to have to create separate rules for each holiday we have.
