Add a "Subject" column to the "Sent" box

The "Sent" box shows "Open", "Document", To", Recipient", "Sent", "Save" and "Forward". When send faxes to the same Recipient, to see the context you need to open the document. It would be very helpful is there was as "Subject" column (like in email) to give a brief description of what he subject matter is, When you frequently send fax to the same "Recipient" it would greatly help to identify the context of the fax. This feature would also be needed on the app or dektop app.

It has been 3 months, and no one from Ring Central has acknowledged this request. When you send faxes to the same recipient but with different content, being able to identify it is helpful. One would never be able to sort the email with a Subject line, same should be for faxes.
 
This is for sending faxes so they can be easily identified, like a Subject line in email, on the Sent folder on the www.ringcentral.com.

If you follow these Community Forums, or if you do a search, you'll see that RingCentral receives literally scores of requests for changes or additional functionality every month.

As a single developer in my own company I can tell you that I cannot, and do not, acknowledge every change or functionality addition request I might receive. If I did I would never get any work done. In a multi-developer environment, it gets even more complex especially with multiple products which all need to work together (e.g., faxes can be sent from the Admin Portal, from the softphone, from email and from the mobile app). They have to look at ALL the requests and see which are valid requests, which are doable and which are a request that only one or several users out of 350,000+ would like for their individual business.

That's most likely why there was no acknowledgement to your idea. Not that it's not a valid idea but because there is so much more involved.
