would be helpful to be able to manage multiple extensions from a single user or extension. In areas where one employee manages an incoming line plus their own extension or another shared extension or fax line. Ability to access via a drop down as I do switching from Admin to a personal extension.

Totally agree with this idea - we have several staff that all have their own extensions, but each one covers and manages the operator calls for different periods of each day - the call forwarding management works to forward calls properly, but being able to switch between extensions would enable proper access to call logs, monitoring proper extension sms, voice, and fax messages.

Hello Teresa,

Have you taken a look at User Groups

User Groups is different and does not accomplish what we are looking for. What we need is for a single employee to be able to administer server extensions or lines settings and be able to view call logs, messages, forward lines and block calls if necessary.. just like a regular admin would be able to but only for specific lines.
