We are a US based home medical supply company. We are looking for a feature to allow a caller during the voicemail greeting to press a number and be routed to that pre-defined extension instead. This would help in scenarios where a department has support staff specifically assigned to each employee. This feature would allow the employee to record a greeting that indicates the caller can press a number to be rerouted to their support person. We have 130 active users and will be adding 20 more soon.
