Add call routing to voicemail

We are a US based home medical supply company.  We are looking for a feature to allow a caller during the voicemail greeting to press a number and be routed to that pre-defined extension instead.  This would help in scenarios where a department has support staff specifically assigned to each employee.  This feature would allow the employee to record a greeting that indicates the caller can press a number to be rerouted to their support person.    We have 130 active users and will be adding 20 more soon.

You might need to explain a few more details about exactly how you want the calls to come in, how the calls are to arrive at extension phones, and when you want the voicemail messages to play, then how the options are presented.   The RingCentral system definitely has lots of options of using IVR menu options and setting up multiple different ones, even one for each user if required.  You can play these as intro messages prior to anyone answering, or playing after when someone does not answer. Maybe provide some detailed call examples and we can provide you with what steps and functions would be required to set this up.

Some things you can consider:
an IVR to route calls - this would at the beginning of a customers call,
A Call Group (queue) which could be configured various ways,
or forwarding options on the extension - to a call group or message only extension
*i don't think button presses can be built into the VM feature
