When someone calls me via RC, I get a message in my inbox that I have received a call from (xxx) xxx-xxxx. This means that RC doesn't know the caller. Of course, I now know who the caller is because I just got off the phone with him. I want to quickly add the caller's name to my RC contacts before I forget. There has got be be an easier way that manually signing into RC, locating the call and adding the info.

Is there?

If not, then: RC-- can you make this a single click operation?

Hi Roy,  There's currently not a one-click option like you described but, I agree it would be handy.  I've changed this post to an "idea" so it gets reviewed by our Product Team.

If you use the softphone, aka RingCentral Desktop app, it is a bit easier to add contacts to the directory, but you still have to manually type in all the fields.
