We have sales reps that generate recordings of all their sales. When we download the recordings they come down as 'Message (date) (time).mp3. This does us no good as several reps could be making a sale at the same time. We have to listen to all recordings to verify all business rules were followed, and it's driving our CustSvc dept. crazy trying to match up reps with recordings. PLEASE put the extension # on the download filename so they can tell who is who. Thx.
