The ability to add internal (only visible to admins) notes to each extension to assist with sorting/managing the lines. This could go under the 'User Details' pane on each extension with a small textbox (at least 300 characters) to provide some space.

I often have extensions for external services, or have extensions which are being transitioned/modified in some way. Right now I need to track these in our internal ticket system instead of being able to do it within RC. I can imagine those with hundreds/thousands of lines face the same issue.
Benefit of such feature
If notes were available they could be used to save time/hassle/confusion when changing extension numbers, re-assigning phone numbers, keeping track of users which have requested a custom (non-standard) profile setting so when I see that setting later I don't change it back thinking it was done in error. Having a simple note would be a big time saver.
