Please add India Toll and Toll-Free Numbers to RingCentral Meetings... this is a critical need for our business and prevents us from moving to your platform.
I see many requests for this over the past 6 years. During that time, there have been several official responses stating that it is coming in the next quarter or the next year, but it hasn't happened yet.  I'm curious if anyone else has a suggested work-around such as purchasing a number thru another provider and pointing it to a private RingCentral dial-in number? Certainly not the best approach, but this is the ONE thing that prevents us from moving the rest of our business over to RingCentral Meetings.

Brent - we have similar challenges with countries like India, Vietnam, etc. Our workaround is to use the Call Out or Call Me functions. With Call Out the moderator can initiate a call to an international number including countries like Vietnam, UAE, and India. Similarly, Call Me allows an attendee who has joined the meeting via web or app to have the system call him/her at an international number including these countries that don't have a direct dial in.

I believe there is another option added recently which we haven't used when you ask RC to add numbers for specific countries to your account, and these presumably will connect into RC Meetings. This option, as well as Call Out/Call Me have a per-minute charge when they are used.  Hope that helps!

It is absolutely wild to me that RingCentral, after YEARS of continuous requests for India to be added, has still failed to add India. They provide call-in numbers for Cyprus, Benin, Peru....but not India?!
