add more restrictions to users

I would like to have the option to limit standard user access within the desktop portal as well as mobile user portal.

Currently have a user that is changing call handling settings daily. Once this happens calls do not go through and I have to do research to figure out what was changed. Maybe if I could toggle off and on access for certain users it would be very helpful!

Also if the user is a part of a call queue and toggle do not accept call queue calls, would this change their settings to not receive calls all together?

You can do this using "Roles",  where you use any of the existing roles, or define a custom one yourself with the restrictions you want.  Then apply the role to the user extension.
