I have a primary account and I set up user numbers for different users in different regions in the USA. However when a caller gets to voice mail the can dial  another extension to another regions  user for example 104  might send them to a user in Atlanta Georgia  but they called another in a number connected to an ext fro for Orange county California.  Support said there is no way to turn this feature off. I need to be able to stop confusing my users.

Hello Dwayne Gates,  I've changed this post to a Feature Request.

Every business is a little different, so depending on what your desired call flow, and business needs are, is there a chance that you can upload some custom recordings so that your callers know what the viable extensions are?   For any new feature request, we can't guarantee any ETA, if, or when it will be developed so, I'm just trying to think of a solution.

MIke, I don't want them to dial an extension of any kind at any time regardless of what region they called into. The persons calling are job applicants we have a need at the number, branch and region they called into. This feature doesn't work with our business flow.

Ah.. OK... so a simple  On/Off option is what you need.  Thanks for your post.
