Add permissions in 'Role' to view Account tickets.

1. Canada.
2. IT company.
3. Currently only Super Admins can see Account tickets. And this feature is locked in your backend.
4. We have a helpdesk team who should see all Account tickets but mustn't be Super Admins. Please add a checkbox or special permission for viewing Account tickets. Because it will be a bit complicated to manage RC when you have a large number of Super Admins.
5. This permission should be assign per role or user or group.
