that would be great, also im not sure if its available in queues yet, but being able to press a key ( i.e. #, *) to leave a message and be called back would be cool as well. (unless it already happens)

Been waiting for this feature as well. Shouldn't have to have the call center package to have it.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Voicemail greeting for wait times.

  1. Account type  (U.S.))
  2. Healthcare organization
  3. Many patients come in for drop in appointments not being able to determine what the wait time is.  It would be nice to have a system that allows patients to call a number to check on wait times.  The unique part about this is having a standard greeting that determines wait times based on a number that is manually entered via a desktop or the app instead of having to recreate the greeting each time the wait times change.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:
Receptionists type in a number to relay wait time.  Patients call that number to check wait times remotely.
  5. Benefit of such feature:  Patients would be able to determine remotely if it is worth driving to a facility for a drop in appointment.  This would increase patient experience at the facilities.
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: Limitless
