Add the Ability to Change the GEO IP Location Information Manually in QoS Reports

1. Account Type: U.S.
2. The Business has multiple locations. IT is trying to identify QoS issues and which locations they are affecting. Geo IP Location is not 100% accurate. Because of this, there are many times when the Quality of Service Report from the Admin Portal will show incorrect Geo IP Location information for an IP address.
3. Requesting that Product add a feature that will allow Admin Users to manually
4. The Quality of Service Report is used to see which of our sites is having QoS issues. CEOs and other high-level employees use the tool, but there is confusion because they do not know the IP address and are simply going off the Geo Location.
5. Adding the feature to either manually update the Geo IP or to add a label to the entries in the Quality of Service would allow customers with multiple sites to easily display the location information that they want to see for their own account. This will allow the customer to see their QoS Reports in a way that works best for them.
