My organization is wondering when TTY features will be added to RingCentral? We are getting hit with a federal mandate to have the feature and currently it is not available. Any information on the update of this would be greatly appreciated.
We currently have a user that is deaf and gets on video calls. If the users camera is off she is unable to read lips. California has a system in place. Could this be integrated? I think it is called CRS communication assistance. It acts as an intermediary from my initial look.
