Adding company contacts to app

Our company recently switched to Ring Central and I'm trying to add contacts to make phone calls easier. However, when I go in the app, only a fraction of our employees show up under company contacts. As an admin, can I add some ringcentral users under account to company contacts. Or do these employees have to do something on their account so they show up as my company contacts?
