Adding downloads to webinars

I would like to suggest that in a future upgrade to Ring Central Webinars that you include a way for the presenter to have files available for download during the webinar. For example, I may want to share my power point presentation and a PDF flyer i created and used during the webinar that the participants can just click on to download a copy. I have seen this on other webinar products and find that it would make it much quicker and easier for both the presenter and the participants. The presenter would not need to do an extra step and email the attachments to the participants after the webinar. The participants can choose what material they wish to obtain from the meeting.

Having this exact feature would greatly increase our adoption of this.

That is always a problem.  When you are presenting, you have everyone's attention "right now" and fully engaged in attention to your topic.

Expecting the viewers/attendees  to go back through some other mode of communication later to request the Slideshare or PDF or whatever supportive materials to the presentation is an engagement-killer.

You could set a backend time limit on how long the files would be available for download - say something like 7 days --- then this would not be some long term storage nightmare on the infrastructure side at RC.

I concur with this request. Currently we have to email everyone after the webinar. Would prefer to add documents and the participants can decide what they would like to download during the webinar.  I'd also like to be able to change the language settings to Spanish.  Thank you!
