Adding an introduction to a forwarded voice mail is an essential feature. We are new US customers with about 30 users and never dreamed that was not an existing feature. I have had voice mail on many systems since 1982 and all of them had this feature. I urge you to reconsider the priority.
Not sure if I can help but, if you could provide some more information. Not sure exactly what "introduction to a forwarded voice mail" means. Is it like 'you are now being forwarded to another mailbox' recording, or something like that?
User Settings: Forwarding Voicemail with introduction on it is a 6 year-old post on this same thing. It slays me that they haven't figured out that this is generally a basic function of voicemail systems. Tell everyone you know to vote, that's the ONLY way they seem to notice it might be needed.
