Adding Mobile Data ONLY option to RingCentral Phone Mobile app

My team members always seem to have a lot of issues when using the RingCentral Phone app on their mobile phones. Most of them are reporting a lot of connectivity issues such as dropped calls and blank moments where they are unable to hear the person on the line. 

One of my team members noticed a option when calling out titled "Switch to Carrier," which seems to keep his connection flawless on any calls. In the Call Settings, there are options to use "VoIP only on WiFi" or to use "Cellular Voice only on RingOuts." Can we please add a setting that only uses Cellular Voice for all calls? Or perhaps a setting that automatically switches to carrier to for incoming and outgoing calls?
