Adding to an existing conf. call. Notification that a conf. call has ended.

We have a Polycom IP650. Our admin creates the conference calls for our partners. We have 2 questions: 1) How can the receptionist determine when the conference call has ended? 2) If the receptionist creates a conference call, then disconnect herself from it, can she add another call although the conference call is already in session? Thank you.

Hi Alejandro - unfortunately, your receptionist won't be able to tell when the call has ended. And a new conference call cannot be started when one is in session. Sorry about that.

Ok, that's what I thought. Those features would be great to have. It's one that is currently in our system. Is there any way to put that in a request for the future?
