Admin: Locking Down Accounts

It is amazing to me that there is no way to lock down certain features according to each user. Here's what is badly needed: 

- Granular security / feature access so you can assign certain groups / people only what they need to use.  Make it easy, use check boxes and a table of features like when you turn on call recording.

EXAMPLE:  Only a certain group is allowed to access recorded calls, that way an individual user can't log into their account and delete them before others are able to hear them!

EXAMPLE: Only allow a standard user to access features to check messages and set up out of office greeting, password change but perhaps NOT call handling or other various features/
