Advance Rule Keep on getting Deleted

I have been creating an Advance Rule in the "Call Handling & Forwarding" section to prevent our greeting "Disclaimer" from playing when internal users call each other . However it seems like every 3 months, my advance rule gets modified or deleted. When I called the tech rep, shementioned the changes my have been completed by the admin. Well , I am the admin and I have not done any of the changes. About 6 months ago the tech rep (former tech reps from the Philippines) had logged this issue in my Ringcentral account. When I talked to the recent tech rep, she said there were no notes written in my account.

If someone can send me feedback on this, I would appreciate it. I am getting tired trying to add an advance rule for each phone number.

Hi Forrest.   I see that the 101 is the only Admin on the account, so none of the other users would have access to this.  The first thing I would recommend is to change the password on your account.   Next if this happens again, and you can guess relatively close what the time frame was when it the change occurred, let us know and we can attempt to look at your session logs to see if we can identify anything.
