I have been creating an Advance Rule in the "Call Handling & Forwarding" section to prevent our greeting "Disclaimer" from playing when internal users call each other . However it seems like every 3 months, my advance rule gets modified or deleted. When I called the tech rep, shementioned the changes my have been completed by the admin. Well , I am the admin and I have not done any of the changes. About 6 months ago the tech rep (former tech reps from the Philippines) had logged this issue in my Ringcentral account. When I talked to the recent tech rep, she said there were no notes written in my account.
If someone can send me feedback on this, I would appreciate it. I am getting tired trying to add an advance rule for each phone number.
