U.S. Property Management Company 35 users. Advanced Call Handling data entry should be simplified by allowing typing in field and copying rows. Entering multiple dates/times for ACH requires way too much clicking. For example: I need to enter call coverage while someone takes a class every Tues & Thurs from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM for three months. The default specific date range that comes up is: today 12:00 AM to today at 11:59 PM. I click on the calendar to select the date (can't type it). That closes the calendar - so I have to remember to click on it again to be able to click at the bottom to select the time (can't type it). Have to click seven times to get the hour, then 30 times for minutes. Repeat for end time. Then --- if you need to do it for multiple days, you click the plus sign and start all over again. You can't copy a row to keep the same times. That is around 1,700 clicks if my math is right.
