Last night all of my Call Handling After Hours settings were wiped out, I'm told it's not just my company.  Times like this, I question the multiple requests i have submitted to get a backup configuration of my company setup.  

Ring Central... where are you on this?

We have a few reports of customers reporting that theAfter Hours Call Handling rules were affected. 
OurEngineers are diligently investigating this and we will update this thread as soon as more information isavailable. If you have opened up a case already, please let us know what thecase number is here. If you haven't opened a case, please open a webcase and title it:   Parent Case 04956182 - After Hours Rules were disabled
