Last night all of my Call Handling After Hours settings were wiped out, I'm told it's not just my company.  Times like this, I question the multiple requests i have submitted to get a backup configuration of my company setup.  

Ring Central... where are you on this?

We have a few reports of customers reporting that theAfter Hours Call Handling rules were affected. 
OurEngineers are diligently investigating this and we will update this thread as soon as more information isavailable. If you have opened up a case already, please let us know what thecase number is here. If you haven't opened a case, please open a webcase and title it:   Parent Case 04956182 - After Hours Rules were disabled

Kim, do we know when the settings were disabled?  around what time?  trying to determine how many calls i've lost.

our were all wiped out as well not happy we are a 24/7 business and our customers couldn't get hold of engineers last night

I have also had this issue. where after hour settings are lost and not just that all my users lost the voice mail greeting for all users.  I loose voice mail greetings all the time whats being done to fix this?

David- please open a support case and add the additional details you are experiencing with your account voicemail's, so that they team can investigate.
