After hours option to select key press - Call Handeling

We need a new feature option where I can create after hour greeting message. For example, doctor office can have a custom greeting, where a hospital trying to reach doctor can press key to be forwarded to doctors personal mobile phone while for patients still have an option to record voice message for front desk.  We need RingCentral to create a 5th option for call handling. Current 4 option doesn't provide an option to press key. It only plays the recording or to leave a voice message.

Hello Mas Nawaz,

You can accomplish this now by following these steps:

1) On the extension go to Messages and Notifications
2) Click on After Hours
3)  When you create your custom greeting you can say something like, "If you would like to speak with someone else press (number specified). If you would like to leave a message stay on the line."
4) Record 3 seconds of silence to allow the individual to enter the key presses and then they will be routed to the extension they have dialed
