Why is it that even when our agents are logged off their names still display on our live feed board giving the impression that they are still in the office; I would have expected that once they log off their names would disappear?

Does anyone know if this is possible or is this just how the system operates?

Can you confirm what widget you are using on the live reports dashboard that is displaying agent's names even after they log out?

It is Widget Agent Details setting which we are using.

Hi Gary, 

When agents log out, they are technically still in the queue and their name will be on the report. Agents will need to set their status to Do Not Disturb or Do Not Accept Call Queue Calls in order to show unavailable in Live Reports.
