We have migrated our phone system to Ring Central and are truly enjoying the service. We ran into one unexpected problem that is keeping us from going all the way with Ring Central... our alarm system will not work through the Cisco SPA 122. I know that you don't recommend using Ring Central for alarm system monitoring but the frustrating part is that it has worked with a simple Vonage box for two years. There is at least one other post on your forum that discusses a customer who used an ATA for alarm monitoring but no indication of their success. If there are any "undocumented" tricks, it would be great to learn about them.
