All desktop phones are down, cannot login, been on hold for support for over 24 mins. Status shows all green

All desktop phones are down, cannot login account, on hold for support over 25 mins, all status is green.

We are down too, status is GREEN but if I try to log on to the Service Status Site, I get a note saying my login information is incorrect.  My RingCentral on my phone is working for incoming calls.  Outgoing calls go through a workaround.
