Allow admins to view and manipulate user statuses

I would like the account Admin have the ability to view user presence / status.  If they are set to Do not disturb when they should be available, the admin or supervisor should have the ability to change this setting.  As of now you can only do this by logging into the user account with their password, which is not really an option.  Admins and Supervisors should have more visibility, please!

Sounds like a staffing issue and not a lack of feature.

2018-09-26 OnCallAnswer - it is a problem for Admins not being able to change or correct statuses of regular users and well-outlined in the original post.   We have thousands of users> It does happen sometimes when a user may accidentally leave their phone status on DND in the mobile app then leave on vacation - preventing the temporary user taking their place from being able to get calls at their desk.  It also happens sometimes with "call queue members" not wanting to take calls when they are supposed to be available for incoming calls.  We have 28 different geographical sites -all managed via a centralized IT support department.  It should not require us to go physically turn off the DND button on the desktphone. It should not require us to remotely change the users' password in order to change their status to "Available"    Many other Admins do have this issue.  Please vote this issue up.
